Monel K500
Monel K-500 fasteners are a precipitation-hardened nickel–copper alloy that combines the excellent corrosion resistance of Monel 400 with significantly higher strength and hardness. These enhanced mechanical properties are achieved by the addition of aluminum and titanium, followed by controlled heat treatment.
Monel K-500 offers outstanding resistance in marine and sour-gas environments, making it highly suitable for demanding industrial applications. It performs exceptionally well in high-velocity seawater, while maintaining strength under extreme operating conditions.
